We bought a car from Ashley Car Sales that ended up having various problems (we saw the paperwork from when they had purchased it that showed no faults so not their fault!). They bent over backwards to get the car sorted but it wasn’t worth doing. At every stage they were happy to refund us but we wanted it fixed. When it became apparent it wasn’t worth fixing we were so happy with the service we had received so far that we asked them to find us a car to our specifications. There was great communication throughout and we have ended up with a great car. We are very happy with the service from everyone involved, very honest and helpful, we would 100% recommend buying a car from Ashley Car Sales!!

Ashley car sales are run by a team who believe in doing the right thing. They are honest and open. They have had a bit of bad luck recently but don't let that sway you away from trusting them. If you are female and nervous about buying a car I would recommend going to them. If I get to the point of wanting to upgrade the car I got from them, I would go straight back for another one because I know they will look after me even after I bought the car.

Recently bought a car from them. There was an issue a couple of days later with the DPS filter - they fixed it properly without a fuss (despite the expense as had to use a third party to clean the filter professionally). I really value people who treat you properly and they definitely did - so I highly recommend them. Thank you!
